Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from  our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-8 days for your order to arrive.some times might be extreme late to delivery wait at least 15 days to claim refund or exchange .  this thing is out of our control.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

YES, you will receive tracking  number (within 1 - 2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of tracking number. If still you face issue in tracking your orders, feel free to email us at support@bkfashion.in

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different  warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Refund Policy:

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accept return and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. Only Incase parcel received damaged.

We offer exchange only if the product is damaged or received wrong product, and ( open video must for any claim we will not able to help you without video ) and  not in any other condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and send us a parcel open video of the defective/damaged product and we will generate a return authorization for you after verifying it. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.  To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at bk fashion. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
