Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Ans: Yes

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Ans: It will usually take minimum 3 to maximum 8 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q: Is shipping really FREE?

Ans: Yes , Shipping is free for perpaid order but extra charge for cash on delivery only 49 rupees.

Q: Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?

Ans: Yes, we have our simple 7 days exchange and no refund policy. In case you received wrong or damaged product.  for detail Please check that in our policy section.

Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

Ans: It will usually take between 1-2  business days.

Ans: In the event you wish to cancel your order, please email us your order number at support@bkfashion.in (NOTE: Contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order)

Q: How to cancel my order after dispatch?

Ans: there is no way to cancel your order after dispatch , please refused to delivery boy to I did not want order after that your order automatically cancelled.
